Mamady, you will be missed by many of us at Taiwan for a long long time.
His speech at the end of every workshop be like
“Any question?”
“Big question?”
“Small question?”
“No question?”
The very first time I heard this classic ending phrase was at TelAviv 2006. His wisdom and marvelous Djembe knowledge then have conquered Taiwan under his vision right next year in 2007. The culture of Manding has been planted on the soil of Taiwan since his first arrival.
He gave us a name to be proud of. And for the rest of our lifetime, we shall honor his name and carry on.
Mamady, you will be missed by many of us at Taiwan for a long long time.
